Preheat oven to 425°F.
In a food processor, pulse cauliflower florets until a fine “rice” consistency is reached.
Mix with an egg, shredded cheese (such as mozzarella), and herbs of choice.
Spread mixture onto a greased baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Add desired toppings (such as tomato sauce, vegetables, and grilled chicken) and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
