Cut sweet potatoes into fry-shaped pieces and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serve with a homemade dip made from mashed avocado, plain Greek yogurt, and spices such as garlic powder, cumin, and chili powder.
