Huberman Lab: Dr. Susanna Søberg: How to Use Cold & Heat Exposure to Improve Your Health

The Huberman podcasts may be on the longer side, but they pack a punch with real science-backed advice for improving your health and wellness. They’ve opened my eyes to new methods like cold plunging and sauna use, which have surprised me with their immense benefits for overall well-being. I never thought plunging into icy water could be so challenging but also rewarding for mental fortitude. And let’s not forget the unique sauna pod experience for boosting both heart health and brain function. I now make it a point to hit the pod at least 4 times a week. Who knew achieving peak wellness could involve so much fun and adventure?
