Five Ways to Reset Your Body and Mind This Month

Here are five simple yet powerful ways to initiate your radiant reset:

1. Digital Detox

Your environment reflects your inner world.  Spend 15 minutes each day clearing out a drawer, shelf, or corner.  As you release physical clutter, notice how your mind begins to feel lighter too.
