Spa Cancellation Policy
- Late: If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled service, we may not be able to accommodate you.
- Cancel: You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment via our website or app.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
- No-Show: If you do not cancel and do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full price for the scheduled service.
Workshop/Event Cancellation Policy
- Late: If you are more than 10 minutes late for your workshop or event, we may not be able to accommodate you.
- Cancel: You may cancel your workshop/event without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment via or website or app.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled workshop/event price.
- No-Show: If you do not cancel and do not show up for your scheduled workshop or event, you will be charged the full price for the scheduled workshop/event.
Yoga Class Cancellation Policy
- Late: To provide the most relaxing and safe environment for everyone, we close and lock the door promptly when class begins.
- Cancel: If you have booked a yoga class and need to cancel, please do so at least 2 hours prior to class start time via our website or app.
- Late Cancellation: If you cancel less than 2 hours prior to class,
- Non-Members – you will be charged full price for the class.
- Unlimited Members – you may be charged a late cancellation fee of $10.
- No-Show: If you do not show up for a class that you booked,
- Non-Members – you will be charged full price for the class.
- Unlimited Members – you may be charged a no-show fee of $15.
Please understand, these policies are aimed to be preventative measures rather than penalties as we strive to be mindful of our community members and staff.
