- All monthly memberships require automatic payments.
- All monthly memberships require a 90-day minimum commitment.
- Membership packages are as written. There are no substitutions allowed.
- Membership cancellations require a 30-day notice.
- Clients who have cancelled their membership have 90 days to utilize unused massage or facial services.
- Massage or facial services can roll over for up to 90 days.
- Memberships are not transferable or refundable.
- Service packages must be used within 12 months of purchase date.
